13% of ELO Revitalising O2 Eye Serum comprises Niacinamide, Oryza Sativa Bran Oil, Olive Oil Decyl Esters, Propanediol, Squalene, Sea Water, Hydrolyzed Algin, Phenoxyethanol, Sucrose, Ethylhexylglycerin, Hydroxyethyl Acrylate, Sodium Acryloyldimethyl Taurate Copolymer, Squalane, Polysorbate 60, Caprylhydroxamic Acid, Arginine, Chlorella Vulgaris Extract, Glycerin, Carbomer, Ruscus Aculeatus Root Extract, Sodium Phytate, Potassium Glycyrrhizinate and Perfume.

How to use
Apply ELO Revitalising O2 Eye Serum along the contours of your eyes. Gently dab to enhance absorption of the eye serum. Use day and night, or as required, as part of your skincare regime. For external use only.
